your director tells you your playing wrong in any way, shape or form and you suddenly feel like you have no purpose in life
you wrote an essy on why your director is your hero
you have a nickname for your director
more people know you by your nickname than your real name
you can play three or more instruments
you can play all of your music from Jr. High by memory
you go back to the Jr. High to relive your glory days
you look foward to next year’s marching band season
your biggest disappointment was the end of marching band season
you count measures in your sleep
you’ve hit yourself or your neighbor more yhan one tine with a flag.
