Q: What’s the difference between a saxophone and a lawnmower?
A: -lawnmowers sound better in small ensembles
-the neighbors actually mind if you borrow and don’t return a LMower
-you can tune a LMower |

You bloody fool. Of course you can tune a saxophone. Many people create a lovely sound out of a saxophone and you might want to think about returning your instrument to the shop if you are not going to take the music seriously. |

Wow "Alex"... It was a joke! You’re on a joke site! You’re purposly reading jokes! Don’t take jokes seriously. You just make yourself look like a moron.
I for one belive with enough effort, it is possible to tune a sax, however, the joke wasn’t that funny, maybe because i’ve heard it about 20 times. |

where have u guys been? my sax i KNOW is hard 2 tune! it seems like once its finally tuned, it gets really flat or really sharp again! but uh yeah that was lame. |

gotta love the sax....at our school, the sax is like jesus...we rule the marching field and the wind ensemble...ive never had it sound like a lawnmower though.... |

Hey ya’ll. I play sax, and I love it, but I do have to admit there are a lot of bad tuning notes on it... as on other instruments.
I thought it was semi funny, but i was kinda tired of that joke. its EVERYWHERE.
i love sax to death but ya’ll people take these jokes WAAAAY to seriously.

at my school the saxes arent one bit like jesus, thats the trombones, but we rock the house and shake the halls.Most of us try shattering da glass too... we’re a mess but my director loves us just the same. |
