we have five flutes in my section 2 out of 5 people gets a’s, 1 out of 5 can’t play anything other than an Eb, and the reminder 2 have diffuculty of playing notes other than on staffs. |

Yeh...my band director definitely got us one day...he told all the ppl with the dumb part to play and he said he wasn’t gonna say dumb ppl cuz the flutes would play...we had rests at this point...so yes and 3/4 of the flute section didn’t get it...it’s usually true
