hey, i’m not going to disagree that the yankees of old were fantastic teams. in the days of
mantle and ford, the yankees were respectable and talented. now, the skankees just buy
all their players, and the players they buy don’t have chemistry. just look at alex
rodriguez, when he’s the only big name on a team, he does very well, but when there are
other egos involved, he can’t perform. jeter is just about the only franchise player on the
yankees, and guess what? whether sox fans want to admit it or not, he’s a great player,
he hustles, he will bunt if needed, he will sacrifice his body to make a big out, and he can
hit consistently, for the most part. so don’t call us haters if you can’t back it up, you fucking
bandwagoner. |

Wow. I’m neutral in the fight between the Yanks and Sox, but I’ve got to say, the Red Sox fans don’t know when to just shut up. Don’t you see that your team has been so shitty from the players to the front office that it took you 86 YEARS to win a World Series? Its unbelievable that they think that because they win one title, they’re all of a sudden the greatest team ever. They’ve got some major mental issues. If you think about it, 26 vs. 6 titles is a long way to go. Good luck, its gonna take a loong time to catch up to the best team in baseball. |
