A man goes to his Doctor and says he’s having problems with piles.The Doctor says he’ll give him a course of suppositories and to come back in a week. After a week the Doctor is surprised to find that the patient is no better.The Doctor asks if he has been taking his suppositories like he was told."Of course I have!" exclaims the patient,"What do you think I’ve been doing with them.....sticking them up my arse ? "
