Dear Children,
My daughter is 10 years old, 4’10", and currently weighing 192 pounds. She can not help her size, she does not eat any more than you or I, and she exercises as frequently as she is able. However, she continues to gain weight. Krystal was here today, reading jokes, when she found this one. I came home to find her crying and depressed. My little girl goes through so much at school, as it is, she is tortured every single day, mean kids taunting her over her size and appearance. Maybe some of you can answer this. WHY do you enjoy hurting others so deeply? Why the hatred toward someone only due to their size? A teenage girl, I believe she was 14, and was morbidly obese, commited suicide last year, because of this kind of stuff. WHY do you do this?

Just read your story about ur little girl, it is a shame that she weighs so much at her age! No matter how hurtful and how people get hurt by these jokes, they will not stop! Now if your daughter eats as much as a skinny person i suggest you change what she is eating. I have a son, who has no weight problem, when he was growing up i watched what he ate, last time he had chips will be about 3 weeks ago etc
Unless your daughter has some medical reason for been obese, i suggest you take it in your care to help her become a happier person! It can be done with persistence! Good Luck |

Well first of all .... let me just say ... why the hell was ur little girl looking for fat jokes... that’s just looking for trouble ... You know some ppl will be obese no matter wat the do ... my family is mostly obese ... they could help that ...but it’s like ur gonna have to deal with it and i know it hurts but i think its ur daughters fault for looking for the jokes ... of course it’s gonna hurt ... so instead of bitching to us about ur little girl .. (which i feel sorry for by the way but let me tell u that she could possibly slim out later on cuz i was pretty big in 4 and 5th grade myself) u should tell ur daughter to not look at the jokes....and to beat up those damn kids that make fun of her.... shoot she could even get a sense of humor laugh with them and tell them she’ll eat them for dinner....just a thought. |

Just read about the girl gettin upset. First of all Anna, we are NOT children. Well, im not anyway. She must stick up for herself at school. No one else will do it for her. My little sis has a weight problem through no fault of her own. luckely, she had me to stick up for her. So ignore all the other comments on this page and give your daughter all the love you can. Its not how fat you are, its whats inside that counts. |
