It is people like you guys that make me mourn for what was once a great nation. It is people like you guys who are making the world look down on us. First of all, France has the third most powerful military in the world with thousands of tract armor vehicles, while they are smart enough to know when to use it. Second of all, French Fries are not french. Look it up, dumbass. Third of all, the French Navy drove off the English Navy in the revolutionary war, thus saving your pompous assess. I think you should stop criticizing foreign governments and take a good long look at our own. |

Seriously, I just found this site and all i’ve seen under any of the jokes is the french people being defense becuase of the joke and all this bickering about who saved who’s ass. Let’s face it, this is a joke site, these are all jokes, most of these people aren’t even smart enough to make up there own joke about another country. Besides all of that, is this site in frnech? no. It’s in english, if u don’t like whats going on here, go to a french or something, go tell ur jokes about the States there. U both make ur countries look bad, fighting over jokes. I’m glad to be Canadian now... |

To Americans, why waste your time throwing shit at the french, its not like any french participation matters, the US is large enough to take care of any problems it wants to by itself, France has the right to decide who and what it fights for and defends against. But what im pissed off about is France’s lack of insight to a possible threat, yet a much smaller country, militarily, like my own, Australia still has the guts to rustle up some muscle and go and fight! |

I ask you: Which is more cowardly, fighting the Nazi invaders of your homeland until forced to surrender after Allied abandonment (see "Battle of Dunkirk") and even still fighting after that (see "French Resistance"), or invading a country on the grounds that they were a clear threat to your nation, killing thousands of otherwise promising young Americans, as well as hundreds of thousands of innocent women and children in the process, and then, when faced with the uncovering of your lie, refusing to admit fault? I think it’s a no-brainer, which is unfortunately probably the average number of brains required to think up these lame-ass jokes. |

I agree that the war in Iraq was wrong, however I think you’ll agree that we needed to go after Osama after what he did to our innocent citizens. Secondly, the current problem with the US government is not that it is a bad system, for I believe that it is the best damn governmental system imaginable. Unfortunately, it IS only imagined. It is slowly but surely becoming a dictatorship. The Bush administration can now achieve any damned thing it wants, i.e. appoint somebody to the UN who said a few years ago that said organization did not even exist. I say as a French Canadian by heritage, and a Francophone, (Oui, c’est vrai, je parle Francais bien) that I am still an American. I was born here, and proud of it, but I hate to watch these conservatives destroy everything that our nation was founded on. |

One needs to realize before making derogatory and stupid comments about an entire nation’s military that one needs to first know about it. Please take a look at this URL: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GIAT_Industries. It is a little info on a French weapon maufacturer that makes the third most powerful military, the Armée de Terre of France, possible. Its eqipment is in use in more than half of the world’s nations. Please, stop insulting a culture you know nothing about. I don’t know the difference between a French joke and a Mexican joke. There really is none. Mexico is a country, just as France. You would probably not hesitate to tell a French joke in front of your parents or your bosses, but imagine telling them a mexican joke. |

Ok, for those people that hate America because of the war, are stupid and promise not to reproduce. People like (your name here) are idiots, blindlessly believing EVERYTHING the news tells him. I wouldn’t be surprised if the media told him to chop off his penis, he would. You have no idea of how much GOOD the United States has done. Yet, people are STUPID and follow everything the media says word-for-word.
For example, almost 90% of all Iraqi children have been vacinized for polio. Millons of Iraqis now have jobs, which most didn’t have before, with the Iraqi police being a large supporter of that. Many Americans have been visiting Iraq and are coming back saying it is ALOT better there the media perceives it to be.
The United States is doing more is Iraq than the corrupt and irresponsible UN ever did.

Gee Luckster, I’ve seen complete ignorance & hypocrisy before, but you really win the dumb statement award of the forum. U.S. is doing more in Iraq than the U.N. ever did. Well firstly the U.N. HQ’s were bombed out of existence in an insurgency attack, with big loss of life, before they ever had a chance to get started, remember. As for the U.S. Well after all Iraq is, opps, was a sovereign country who’s X leader was our very best convenient buddy up to a decade or so ago, we have managed to kill around 20.000 of their civilians, totally wreck their infastructure, level a small city, Fallujah, & create a seriously nasty insurgency, where just 3 years ago one didn’t exist. As for that millions of Iraq’s now have jobs, utter illusion, well before the invasion they had an unemployment figure of around 30% despite the callous western boycoutts, now their unemployment rate is around 70% & they want our NAZI asses out of THEIR country. |
