Hunting down south

A man from new york goes to georgia to hunt som deer. 2 am he stops at a restaurant to eat befor going hunting. A man sitts next to him an says your not from around here are ya. no he replies. the man says you know you can shoot two Blacks if you want. he justs sitts there looking at him. so he leaves and sets out for the woods.
The man is at the edge of the woods and sees anothe hunter getting ready to enter. They start talking and the stranger says your not from around here are you. He replies no. The stranger says you know you can take two blacks if you want. The man just stands there dumb founded.
The man hunts all day and sees nothing. he is about to leave to woods and sees a bunch of black people picking watermellons. so hey says what the hell and shoots one. All of a sudden he hears sirens and the police pull up. The man says but two people told me that I could shoot a black person. The cop responds I dont know what the laws are up there in New York but down here you cant hunt on a bait pile so you will be fined 100 dollars.
