When your people first came over here, they had access to much more comfy and equal treatment than any other group. The predominantly Anglo (english descendant) government back then saw fit to give your ancestors the following rights:
Become a citizen
Own property
Hold bank assets
Choose a line of work
Eligibility to vote
Live wherever you wanted
Marry White Anglo women
That doesn’t cover all, but it does cover most of the social and economic benefits the Anglo government saw fit to give your ancestors. |
