Men and PMS

Q: Why do women think men are stupid?
A: Because of this (true) survey:
42 percent claim men can experience their own version of PMS.
33 percent believe there is no cure for PMS.
21 percent believe PMS is inherited.
12 percent said PMS is not real, and it’s all in a woman’s head.
6 percent believe PMS is contagious.
Don’t be naive, real men actually thought this stuff was true.

Men *can* experience their own version of PMS; it’s called Irritable Male Syndrome: http://www.gladiatordiet.com/ims.htm
OTOH, most men and women are disturbingly ignorant about the PMS. A huge portion believe that all women suffer from PMS (forgetting that this myth, just like that of "hysteria", was asserted as "proof" that all women are "irrational"), some of whom believe that PMS is a good enough excuse for any woman to literally get away with murder. |
